This is the 2nd book of the Harry Potter series. It is a very nice and astounding book. It is very interesting to read and very addictive also.





This is the book's cover. It already looks kinda thrilling. Maybe you're thinking, "Who is that boy and why does he have a sword fighting a gigantic snake ?" Well, honestly, he is Harry Potter in his 2nd year at Hogwarts. This time this book has 18 chapters to read. He goes back home to the Dursleys for the summer where he gets locked up and starved by them. Then this elf shows up and warns him not to go to Hogwarts. He doesn't heed the elf's warning but it turns out that he can't go. Why? , because the barrier to Hogwarts is BLOCKED. He goes to Hogwarts with his friend Ron in a Flying Car owned by their dad. And you must know, they got into trouble. 



After this incident, more weird things happen in Hogwarts, attacks where people are petrified like stone, and whispers that only Harry can hear. He finds out why further in the book. Then during Quidditch time, Harry almost breaks his arm and ends up in the Hospital Wing. During the night in the Hospital Wing, he sees that elf again and he told him that HE was the one who prevented Harry from going to Hogwarts and he breaks his arm as well. Harry is outraged by this. 


But he then finds out why the elf did all this. He later finds a Chamber and he goes in. There he finds a large snake called a basilisk controlled by Tom Riddle a.k.a Voldemort 5 decades ago. Harry then fights Tom with a hat, Phoenix, and a sword. 

PHEWW! That's all today from me. My hands are very tired. Anyways BYEE GUYS! See you next book about Harry Potter
